Reviews and Ratings
The resort has a beautiful upgrade with great rooms and a nice pool area. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during breakfast with limited options and inadequate service. While the facilities are appealing, the noise issues were quite disruptive and detracted from the overall stay.
I had a lovely stay at this resort, enjoying a good-sized and clean room with a pleasant view of the Pavilion and garden. While the pool area was nice and heated, the dining experience could have been better, and the cleanliness in some areas left room for improvement. Overall, the staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable, but there were a few small issues that could enhance the experience even more.
My recent stay was quite a mix. The hotel staff made an effort to accommodate me during a chaotic time, which I truly appreciated. However, the restaurant left a lot to be desired, both in terms of pricing and quality. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, but the service in dining was lacking. Overall, it was a convenient stay, but I wouldn't say it delivered value for the cost.
I had a lovely 11-night stay at this resort, which offered a nice pool area and friendly service. My room was clean and comfortable, though it could use some sprucing up, as it seemed a bit worn. The location was great, with nice views and a charming atmosphere, making it a delightful spot to relax. The restaurant served good food, although I was surprised to find the bar closed quite early during my stay.
Our stay was quite pleasant overall, with a spacious room that offered beautiful views of the river and gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our experience enjoyable. However, we did encounter some issues, such as cleanliness in the room and a lack of variety during breakfast. The cocktails were quite expensive too, which was a bummer. Despite these downsides, we appreciated the ambiance and would consider returning.
